Caraíva is a rustic village in Porto Seguro where the river meets the sea. Its charming center is filled with bars, traditional forró dance halls, regional restaurants, and artisan shops. Nearby are famous beaches such as Satu, Espelho, and Ponta do Corumbau, as well as Trancoso (accessible by car or boat). The atmosphere is relaxed and charming, perfect for enjoying nature.

Access to the property is entirely by road, and you can drive directly to the house. There is private guest parking within the grounds. The property is approximately 80 km from Porto Seguro Airport, and private transfers can be arranged upon request. There is no public transportation to the door.

From Porto Seguro, go to Arraial d’Ajuda, then take a van/transfer to Nova Caraíva. From there, cross the river by canoe; the public crossing costs around R\$ 7.50 and takes 5 minutes, but our guests may use the private boat from the deck.

There are no cars in the village; bring light luggage and wear sandals.
